Shipping Policy

Cre8ive Enzymes will automatically ship any of our spa products to you every three months (unless otherwise specified). This will insure that your spa water remains in good condition and worry free. We will maintain a regular schedule for you. Please set up your auto-ship when ordering.

Continental United States: The Cre8ive Group normally ships UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Priority Mail. We will also ship U.S. Postal Service at your request. Free shipping on orders over $100 in the continental United States.

Canada: The Cre8ive Group ships UPS Standard and UPS Priority Mail International. We do not currently offer any free shipping options to Canada.

All Other International Orders: The Cre8ive Group ships Priority Mail International. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Delivery time depends on shipping service and geographical location. Most orders will ship on the same day if received by 2 p.m. EST.
